Isaiah 55:3

I am struggling with quieting myself these days.  I read this in this mornings liturgy and thought how perfect it was for my state of mind and being the last few days.

I am finding it hard to let go lately and un-clutter my mind.  As I stated in a previous blogs one of U2's new song "Unknown Caller" rings these sentiments:

"Escape yourself, and gravity 

Hear me, cease to speak that I may speak 

Shush now  ......

...Restart and re-boot yourself 

You’re free to go 

Oh, oh 

Shout for joy if you get the chance "
